How often should I be doing this to my wood athletic flooring?
Once a year.
Why would I do this once a year?
Maintains a fresh look on your wood floor, if there are any scuff marks or slight scratches this will remove and repair those areas, allowing for the wood flooring to brighten back up.
What are added benefits?
Building up the finish on your wood floor helps decrease the amount of expansion and shrinkage with the wood planks. Another benefit of a screen and coat is to remove those annoying blemishes, light scratches, and scuffs that ruin a well-designed floor.

8 – 10 years depending on how often your floor is used
Why should I do this every 8-10 years?
Completely refreshes your floor, we sand down to the wood and remove all game lines, graphics, blemishes, scuffs, and scratches from wear. Too much finish can cause a yellow or brown hue to appear on the floor.
